Avoid alcohol, aspirin, NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen), fish oil, and vitamin E for 3–5 days prior, unless medically necessary
Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face if possible
Inform your provider of any medications, supplements, or prior neuromodulator treatments
Reschedule if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or experiencing active skin infections
during treatment
Botox treatments are quick and minimally invasive:
Your provider will assess facial anatomy and discuss your aesthetic goals
Small amounts of Botox are injected into targeted muscles using a fine needle
Most clients report minimal discomfort (often described as a slight pinch)
Treatment typically takes 10–20 minutes with no required downtime
Post-care
To ensure best results and longevity:
Remain upright for at least 4 hours after treatment
Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and excessive heat for 24 hours
Avoid facials or advanced skin treatments and massages for 2 weeks
