To ensure optimal results and minimize bruising:
Avoid alcohol, aspirin, NSAIDs (e.g. ibuprofen), fish oil, and vitamin E for 3-5 days prior to treatment
Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face if possible
Reschedule if you are pregnant, breast feeding, or experiencing active skin infections

DURING TREATMENT
Neurotoxin treatments are quick and minimally invasive:
Your provider will assess facial anatomy and discuss your aesthetic goals
Small amounts of Botox/Dysport/Xeomin are injected into targeted muscles using a fine needle
Treatment typically takes 15 minutes with patient reporting minimal discomfort and no require downtime

To ensure best results and longevity:
Remain upright for at least 4 hours after treatment
Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and excessive heat for 24 hours
Avoid facials, advanced skin treatments, and massages for 2 weeks
